3.Levar um documento de indentificação:

3.Levar um Comprovante de endereço na Flórida:
Deverá apresentar 2 documentos diferentes que comprovem o endereço residencial, como por exemplo:
Financiamento do carro
Documento do carro
Seguro do carro
Extrato de Banco
Boleto de Plano de Saúde
OBSERVAÇÕES:
-A carteira do Brasil (a que usamos no dia a dia) vale na Flórida apenas por 1 mês (alguns condados somente 15 dias)
-O exame de rua é realizado com o carro do aplicante.
-Tudo poderá ser feito no mesmo dia e local (prova escrita em espanhol ou inglês nos computadores do DMV, foto, teste de visão e exame de rua). Para isto basta esudar primeiro e depois agendar as duas provas on-line.
-Segue o link com o modelo de prova escrita que irá fazer no dia.
